At Sunsets At Havasu, we strive to provide solutions to all of our resident's needs. With this in mind, we have developed what we feel to be a complete and comprehensive service package that supports our AIM of "Dignified Living, Quality Care". This service package is included in the cost and there are NO HIDDEN FEES.

Staffing Ratio
Each facility has an on-sight manager with a ratio of one staff person to every four residents, 24 hours a day. Our staff’s qualifications include state required CPR and First Aid Certification. All of our staff is English speaking. Our main prerequisite for employment is a love for working with the elderly. The high standards and emphasis on personal comfort at Sunsets At Havasu will result in an extremely low turnover rate. Both the quality of care and the restful surroundings combine to ensure long-term residence that reinforces the "family" atmosphere. Pre-admission screening assesses the compatibility of applicants and ensures that individual needs can be met by the facility.

The enjoyment and nourishment provided by consistent, high quality well-balanced and appealing meals are an important part of life for the elderly. Mealtime often provides the best opportunity for interaction and friendship with other residents. At Sunsets At Havasu, we strive to always keep this in mind and provide an atmosphere that encourages support and well-being. A culinary professional will visit the facility on special occasions to provide feature menus. Family and friends are invited and encouraged to participate during these functions.
